A manageable start: the £499 setup can be split into £249.50 to start and £249.50 after setup approval. Monthly billing begins at launch, with your rate fixed for the first 12 months.
Monthly rolling service · 30 days’ cancellation notice · No payment taken here. Domains, paid third-party services and substantial custom development are separate. Any applicable tax and the final total are confirmed in your written quote.

The setup fee pays for the agreed configuration, branding, import and handover. The monthly fee pays for hosting, maintenance and support after launch. Other providers have different packages, so compare the work included as well as the monthly price.
Can we see it before committing?
Yes. Try the fictional-data demonstration without signing up, then request a personal walkthrough. We confirm your requirements, deliverables and price before you decide.
Do we need to change how we teach?
No. We configure the classes, terminology and timetable around your existing teaching. We’ll discuss your workflow before agreeing the setup.
Can we use our own logo and domain?
Yes. Your portal uses your madrasa’s branding. We can connect an existing domain or subdomain; any new domain purchase is separate.
Can parents use it on a phone?
Yes. The portal is accessed in a browser, with layouts designed for phones as well as computers. No separate app download is needed.
Can you move our existing student list?
The setup includes one import from our spreadsheet template. We’ll help you map the required fields. Complex clean-up or additional migrations are quoted separately.
Is this built entirely from scratch?
The management portal is a customised implementation of Gibbon, an established open-source school platform. Our service covers the branding, configuration, onboarding and ongoing management.
Does the package include every feature we might need?
The initial package focuses on registration, student management, classes, attendance, homework and rewards. Payment collection, automated WhatsApp messages and bespoke features are not included.
