Your information.
This notice covers enquiries made through the Madrasa Desk marketing website. It does not cover student records in a customer’s madrasa portal.
Who handles enquiries?
Madrasa Desk handles the business enquiries submitted through this website. For questions about your information, contact teojop@outlook.com.
What we collect and why
The enquiry form collects your name, organisation, email, approximate student count and message so we can respond and discuss a possible service. Please do not include children’s names, student records or sensitive personal information.
We process this information to respond to a request you make about our service, relying on our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Where it goes
The public website is hosted through GitHub Pages. Enquiries are sent securely to our current x10Hosting server, under furqaninstitute.co.uk, and stored outside the public website folder. Access is restricted to authorised Madrasa Desk administrators. The hosting providers may process information outside the UK. This enquiry setup is not our approved hosting arrangement for future customer student records.
For spam prevention, the server retains a hashed network identifier and submission time. Ordinary hosting access logs may also record network and browser information.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful enquiries are reviewed for deletion within six months of our last contact. If you become a customer, we will explain the information required for that relationship separately.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or erase your enquiry, or object to how we use it, by contacting Madrasa Desk at the address above. Some rights depend on the circumstances. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
